Terms and Conditions of Sale (B2B Only)

1. Scope

These Terms govern the sale of subscriptions to the Konfigomatik plugin, exclusively to professional customers (B2B).

2. Sales via JetBrains Marketplace

Subscriptions are purchased through JetBrains Marketplace.

Customers also agree to the applicable JetBrains Marketplace terms.

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed in EUR excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Payments are collected by JetBrains.

4. Subscription Duration and Renewal

Subscriptions are monthly or yearly and may renew automatically unless canceled through JetBrains Marketplace.

5. No Right of Withdrawal

As this Service is provided exclusively to professionals, consumer withdrawal rights do not apply.

6. Service Access

Access remains active only while the subscription is valid.

Konfigomatik may suspend access in case of fraud or abuse.

7. Liability

Konfigomatik's total liability is limited to the amount paid during the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.

Courts of competent jurisdiction: Paris, France.
