End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the IntelliJ plugin Konfigomatik (the "Software") and its associated SaaS API services (the "Service").

By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Publisher

2. License Grant (Per-User Subscription)

Subject to an active paid subscription, Konfigomatik grants you a license that is:

• non-exclusive
• non-transferable
• non-assignable
• revocable
• limited to the subscription term

The license is granted on a named-user basis.

Each subscription is valid for one individual user only. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

3. Subscription Term

The license remains valid only for the duration of the subscription (monthly or yearly).

Upon expiration or cancellation:

• access to the SaaS Service will be suspended
• certain plugin features may be disabled

4. SaaS API Access

The Software relies on an online API provided by Konfigomatik.

You acknowledge that:

• an Internet connection is required
• access depends on an active subscription
• the Service may evolve for technical, security, or maintenance reasons

Konfigomatik will use reasonable efforts to maintain availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

• copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• bypass licensing or activation mechanisms
• resell, redistribute, rent, or sublicense the Software
• misuse the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Software, API, documentation, and related materials remain the exclusive property of Konfigomatik.

This Agreement does not transfer ownership.

7. Personal Data

Konfigomatik processes limited technical data necessary to operate the Service.

8. Support

Support is provided via contact@konfigomatik.com

9. Termination

Konfigomatik may terminate this Agreement immediately in case of breach, fraud, or abusive use.

Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Software.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind.

Konfigomatik does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konfigomatik shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client during the last 12 months.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by French law.

Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
